Madison Howey, DMD, AEGD

Dr. Madison Howey (previously Dr. Madison Lively), earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2018. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Dental College of Georgia in 2022, followed by completion of an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) at the Texas A&M School of Dentistry in 2023. She then joined the team at Richards Cosmetic, Restorative, and Implant Dentistry that same year and is proud to be part of the practice.

Dr. Howey is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas County Dental Society. During her residency, she proudly served as AEGD Chief Resident and received the Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry Award from the Academy of Osseointegration.

She is also an alumni member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Dr. Howey loves working alongside the talented team at Richards Dentistry and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. She believes great dentistry starts with getting to know her patients and treating everyone like family.

Dr. Howey married her husband, Spencer, in 2025, and together they love playing with their dog, Stormi. Outside of the office, Dr. Howey also enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
